Victorian Holidays

The Exhibit:For the 32st consecutive year, the Erie County Historical Society is pleased to present Victorian Holidays, a multifaceted celebration of the season featuring exceptional decorations, Victorian teas, musical performances and more.  It is a much anticipated annual tradition of the Watson-Curtze Mansion which began under the direction of the Erie Historical Museum in 1981.

The Victorian Holidays at the Watson-Curtze Mansion includes events for all ages, such as a Gingerbread workshop, and Victorian teas for both children and adults.

Gingerbread Workshop:

The Gingerbread Workshop is a fun activity where children of all ages can build their very own gingerbread house in the Watson-Curtze Mansion. After the children are done building their house, they can even meet Santa Claus! The activity begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 30, 2013, and costs $12 per child.

Victorian Holiday Tea:

Come enjoy a traditional Victorian Holiday Tea at the Watson-Curtze Mansion on Sunday, December 8, 2012. The Tea will feature a local speaker who will discuss Christmas in the Home while you enjoy the beautiful decorations that will be set up around the Mansion. The Tea begins at 2pm and costs $25 for guests.
