Patrons are able to buy original jewelry, period recreations, ECHS paraphernalia, Erie community books, and other items at our gift shops.

If you are unable to visit us on-site, you have come to the right place! Here you can purchase many interesting gifts and products for yourself or others at our online store.

We currently have three operating gift shops that you can visit on-site:

Past and Presents Gift Shop at the Erie History Center, 419 State Street, Erie, PA 156501 Located on the first floor of the Erie County History Center, the museum store offers items from locally produced jams and jellies to post cards and publications. Members enjoy a 10% discount on purchases. The shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday. For information on memorabilia and books for sale contact the Site Coordinator. The Battles Farmhouse Gift Shop at the Battles Museums of Rural Life, 436 Walnut Street, Girard, PA 16417 Located on the first floor of the R.S. Battles Farmhouse, the museum store offers many unique and locally produced items to remind you of your visit to the museum. Members enjoy a 10% discount on purchases. Whimsies at the Watson-Curtze Mansion, 356 West Sixth Street, Erie, PA 16507 Located on the first floor of the Watson-Curtze Mansion, the adorable Whimsies museum gift shop has unique and beautiful creations by local jewelers and craftsmen. Everything from paper fans, period china, and handmade beach glass jewelry can be found here, along with popular Erie County Historical Society publications and other works by Erie Authors. Members enjoy a 10% discount on purchases. Whimsies is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
